How can I order a product?

  1. You can search for products via the search field at the top of the webshop or via the various categories. Then place the desired item in your shopping cart. You can change the number of items and/or delete them in the shopping cart. Please note, the items in your cart are not reserved for you.
  2. Log in to your account. If you do not have one, you will have to create one.
  3. Proceed with your order by clicking on "Proceed to Checkout".
  4. Please agree with the Terms en Conditions, check your billing and shipping address and choose your preferred payment and shipping method.
  5. In the "Additional Information" field, you may include any instructions and/or your purchase number.
  6. Once you have completed the above steps click on "Send Order" and you have placed the order.
  7. Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation by email.

Can I also place an order by e-mail?

It is not possible to place an order on the webshop by mail. If you need help placing your order, we are of course happy to help you through the ordering process over the phone.

I want to order less than the minimum order, is this possible?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to deviate from the order units.


How do I know if my order was successful?

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received an email after 10 minutes, please check your junk mail as well.


How long does my order have a guarantee?

You have 6 months warranty on the items after receiving your order. 


How can I pay for my order?

For now, it is only possible to place and pay for an order as a business customer. Customers from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany can pay on an invoice basis. For the other countries an advance payment is applicable. You can choose the following payment methods:


Can I pay after delivery?

It is possible for business customers to pay for an order afterwards. Then you have to choose 'On invoice' in our payment methods. Post-payment is only available for companies in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany and allows you to pay for an order after it has been delivered. Your payment must always be made within 14 days. You can also pay your order with iDEAL, PayPal, credit card, Bancontact and Giropay.
