Delba provides sealing, punching and cutting technology for packaging machines. From consultancy, (co-/re-)engineering and prototyping to full tool production, including tools under its own brand.

food handling
supplies

Fluortech supplies high-grade PTFE materials, non-stick coatings and heat-resistant conveying solutions. Deep material expertise and reliable availability form the basis for efficient production.

How it all began…

2018

The new company, Unlimited Spare Parts B.V., is created by NewPort Capital.

2019

Unitrack B.V. and its affiliated companies are acquired from the founder. Specialisation: reverse engineering of spare and near-consumable parts for food packaging machines.

2019

Wensing B.V. and its affiliated companies are acquired from the second-generation family shareholder. Specialisation: servicing and trading industrial blades for food processing and packaging.

2020

Ten Hove Foodknives and its affiliated companies are acquired from the founder. Specialisation: trading industrial knives for food processing.

2020

Delba SG B.V. and Tegeno Sp. z o.o. are acquired from the second-generation family shareholders. Specialisation: engineering and manufacturing metal components for packaging machines, including a high-end production facility in Poland.

2023

Unlimited Spare Parts B.V. is transformed into USP Group, with Wensing, Delba and Fluortech established as individual brands.

2024

Rebranding of both the USP Group and the three individual brands.
